Consulting that works. We've all been on the receiving end of the consulting projects that didn't (work). At OxfordSM we're pathologically resistant to leaving a job half done. A client recently referred to us as 'terrier-like' - a testament to our persistence and desire to make sure our clients get results they can action and make a real difference.

Clear and simple. A client once told us that 'simplexity' is what we do best - taking complicated issues and concepts and explaining them in ways that make them sound simple. We avoid jargon, and we resist over-intellectualising. We call a spade a spade, not a horticultural implement.
No Black Boxes. We love to work collaboratively with our clients, because we've found that projects work best when the client plays a role in getting to a great result. But how much of a role is up to the client. We'll talk through the options at the start of any project.

What you See Is What You Get. The experienced consultant who turns up for an introductory meeting or pitch is the same experienced consultant who works on a client's business. We don't have armies of untested trainees hidden from view at head office.

Low maintenance. We have all worked in senior line management roles, and we know the diary is always full. Our job is to reduce clients' stress, not add to it. Our clients find that we respect their time pressure and they can trust us to get on with the job and deliver.
