It works for clients, since it helps us recruit the best people, who don't need to worry about where our offices are. It works for us, since it gives us more control over our lives. It enables us to avoid the big commute, live where we want to (within reason), do some thinking at a favourite coffee bar, be there for kids' bathtime. It also helps us to keep the business simple and overheads low.
