The answer's no - whilst the company was originally founded in Oxford, our consultants now all take advantage of technology to work from home offices, clent sites or anywhere inspiring, practical and convenient. Our "spiritual hub" is our UK Resource centre, near Woking in Surrey, where you'll find our administration and production colleagues, hot desks, library, meeting rooms, computer servers and a well stocked refrigerator.

We do a lot of work in the USA, and we've had a US-based presence for six years. Our approach is the same, with OxfordSM's US-based staff working from their home offices and traveling to spend time with clients all around the Americas.
